Born in Sweden, Alexis started playing tennis at the age of 5 at Svedala TennisKlubb. She continued to play tennis and started playing competitively, achieving a no.15 ranked spot for Girls 16s in Sweden. She moved to Florida and played tennis for 5 years at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University while receiving her bachelor’s and master’s degrees. During her 5 years at ERAU, she was a Sunshine State conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll honoree, a two-time recipient of the Eagles’ Outstanding Teammate award, and a recipient of the Eagles’ Most Valuable Player award.
Alexis officially joined the coaching staff in April 2024 working with Team Red and Jayhawk Juniors. Alexis enjoys video games, hiking and working with kids.
