First Time-Entry Level

This class is for the first time player or true beginner. We will cover all strokes, focusing on basic technique and strategy while learning how to play a fun new sport.

Beginner-Intermediate (NTPR Rating 2.0-3.0)

This class is for players who want to develop consistency and correct technique. We will also include basic strategies for singles and doubles.

Senior Active Tennis

For those 50 and up who are either new or coming back to the game! Learn to play tennis in just four, one-hour sessions. Stay for free coffee after each class. You will learn to develop consistency and correct technique. We will also include basic strategies for singles and doubles.

Cardio Tennis

This class is a fun group activity, featuring heart pumping tennis drills and games that give players of all abilities, beginner through advanced, the ultimate, high-energy workout. You will be amazed at how many calories you can burn in a short amount of time while having a blast on the court! High intensity incorporates additional body weight exercises.
